  • Expedition HR does not and cannot guarantee a compliant HR department after enrolling onto the Guiding HR Subscription and shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Expedition HR provides HR resources and consulting and not legal advice. Client agrees that it will consult with an attorney on any legal matters, including confirmation of the existence and impact of any state, federal, or local laws and regulations, regardless of whether it has discussed such issues with Expedition HR or accessed related documents in the subscription.

  • Expedition HR has no responsibility to advise of any updates or changes of state, federal, and local laws and regulations at any time.

  • Guiding HR Subscription Commitment: A successful HR department requires a commitment from the Client. Commitment is defined as: a) Being present and focused when using 1:1 HR Support; b) Implementing when given guidance and reaching out for follow up support and questions; c) Considering advice and recommendations from Expedition HR in all HR-related decision-making moving forward.
  • Implementers Get Results: Due to the nature of the subscription, if you do not proactively use the resources and do not reach out to seek support, you will not benefit fully from being a subscriber.
  • ***PLEASE READ**** Cancellations & Refunds: If you need/want to cancel your subscription, you must do so by logging in before your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for each 3-month term once payment has been collected. Please make note of your payment date which will occur every 90 days. Reach out to Expedition HR with any questions or concerns with this policy.
  • Your current price is not guaranteed for future 3-month terms. You will be notified prior to your next payment if there is an upcoming price change.

Guiding HR Subscription: Quarterly Access

Whether you are a first time subscriber or are renewing for another term, we are so grateful you chose Expedition HR to support you! 

Below, you will find details about your subscription inclusions. Once you complete your first payment, you will hear from us soon after to set up a time to walk you through the subscription and share some important information so you can start taking advantage of all the great resources and and 1:1 support right away!

In the subscription, you will receive:

  • 6 Hours of HR Support Per Quarter (per 3 months): Available to you by Phone and Email - (Video Conference upon request and based on availability) - *We ask that you book HR support time using the scheduling link inside the subscription, with the exception of emergencies.*
  • Rollover: Support hours can roll over into the next quarter up to 12 months, at which time they will be forfeited.
  • BONUS Voxer access: For quick questions* 
  • HR Resource Bank under 8 Foundational HR Pillars: Including forms, checklists, templates, video tutorials & more! 

*Voxer access is intended for quick questions. Expedition HR reserves the right to require the use of 1:1 hours if Voxer questions require more extensive support/conversations
