Meet Jill, CEO & Founder of Expedition HR

Jill founded Expedition HR in order to share her HR expertise with business leaders who may not have the resources to hire in-house HR personnel or whose in-house HR teams need additional training in order to handle HR matters more effectively.

Expedition HR is on a mission to help organizations tackle awkward and uncomfortable tough conversations—with confidence, and most importantly, without feeling like a jerk! Expedition HR can help with “all the other HR stuff”— but when it comes to those tricky, high-stakes discussions that make most people squirm? That’s their zone of genius!

Our Signature HR Jumpstart Program will equip you with the knowledge you need to set up a strong human resources foundation so you can continue to grow your business. When you purchase our Jumpstart program, you get 8-weeks of training, support and guidance, as well as all the resources you need for every step of the way.

We train and equip your existing HR department, office administrator or manager, or other employee(s) within your company to handle your human resources needs in-house. If you do not have an administrative position in place, we can guide you with those steps as well.

Think of us as your on-call HR Director. We get you moving in the right direction with the initial training and then we guide and support you and your team with all your human resources needs as they come up!
