Who is the HR Jumpstart Training Program for?
The HR Jumpstart Program is for businesses who are ready and eager to put an HR foundation into place. Ideal businesses to join the HR Jumpstart are businesses who either have employees or who are just starting out but plan on hiring employees.
Who should participate in the Jumpstart training?
The person or people who will be administering the human resources function within the business are those most suitable to go through the HR Jumpstart, such as:
- An inexperienced HR employee (or HR team) who needs training
- Office/Admin staff person who handles human resources administration
- Operations Manager, COO, or CEO (these higher level roles sometimes participate in the HR Jumpstart in smaller organizations, along with whoever will be administering the human resources function, per above bullets)
We can help you determine who makes sense to go through the program based on the size of your organization. We can also help determine if it makes sense for you to hire an administrative employee to handle HR tasks and who will go through the HR Jumpstart program. (We allow for up to 3 people per organization to attend the Jumpstart HR trainings for no added cost.)

How Much Does the Group HR Jumpstart Program cost?
Expedition HR Subscribers: $6,500 one-time payment for ongoing access
Non-HR Subscribers: $8,500 for 1-year access to HR Jumpstart Trainings
Monthly Group HR Jumpstart training sessions run the first week of the month January - June and September - December each year.
